  Patrick who is the manager that is responsible for special events was barely available to get a hold of. Ignoring that important fact I still decided to make reservations for 11 adults. I had flowers that were delivered to Brio and we're supposed to be put out before the guests arrived. Upon arriving I was extremely embarrassed and disappointed that the flower arrangements were not on the table! In the middle of my special event I had to walk away and ask for a manager. The manager did not apologize they just brought out the flowers and put them on the table and walked away. If it wasn't for our waiter and his excellent service I would not come back. A piece of advice for management be available for your customers and listen to them.

  Had a reservation for 6pm and got there on time. We were given a pager and told we had to wait. Two couples that walked in after we did got seated before us. When I asked when we would be seated the hostess played dumb and said that they tried to page us. I will definitely never go back to this location.

  Great comfort food. Reasonably priced. More American than Italian. Tables are not crowded together giving you privacy.
