  Almost every time I go to this location I order a large iced coffee and they almost always try giving me a medium size. The large should be 32oz the medium is only 20oz (which it says right on the Tim hortans website) I don't know why they never know the sizes, maybe they're trying to rip us off or the cups aren't set up right or labeled, or people werent trained properly.
  I also usually have to wait a great while in the drive thru for them to collect on my order. I stopped going to this location on my way to work in the morning so that I won't be late.

  Have to say my order 5 times before they understand and they still get it wrong. Funny thing is all I get is a large coffee but it's somehow still hard for them to get it right.
